    Which can be described as, learn the cheap go to jokes (before they're dead)=>post them when relevant=>karma.

    On a serious note, what kind of learning curve is there to learn?

    I was referencing the learning curve of the UI. It can be confusing at first; I remember it was for me.

    The things we go through with customers is laughable at times but we make a great job of not making you feel lower of yourself and encourage you instead to learn why is the problem with your product. Had someone come to me saying that their iphone stopped making any sounds and she had no idea there was a silent switch on the side of the phone.

    It's an awesome company that just like the thread says, empowers us to help everyone out.

    PS. I've been following this site for a while now and I like the new designs and articles. Keep up the great work
